What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We have local shipments vis a vis deliveries. Same day deliveries within Beirut area. 2-4 days max deliveries all over Lebanon. Delivery charges flat rate $3.

We ship on customer demand. But, regularly we ship within Lebanon.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
You can return your purchase by visiting our store. Alternatively, you can exchange it with an additional delivery charge by contacting us via WhatsApp at 70606992. We can issue a purchase voucher for your returned goos. Goods can be retuned within 7 days after delivery.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we can issue a purchase voucher for your returned goods. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel your order by emailing our customer services email within 1 hour of your purchase.
