Exchange Policy

Items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.

To be eligible for exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Exchanges can only be done IN-STORE.
• Online exchanges are not available.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Exchange Exceptions

For Hygiene Reasons,

• underwear cannot be exchanged.
• Accessories cannot be exchanged.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final, items cannot be refunded in cash, by card, online, or as store credit.

Jack Gifts reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
